MATAYARISHO CUSHION

The cushions are hand embroidered by internally displaced women from the Democratic Republic of Congo. With precision and attention to detail, vibrant coloured silk threads are hand embroidered onto a Belgian linen base cloth. One cushion can take up to seven days to produce.
